Here to help.

I help people understand and change the internal patterns that create anxiety, OCD, and relationship suffering. Rather than just managing symptoms, our work focuses on helping you develop a different relationship to your thoughts, emotions, and yourself—so you can move through life with greater freedom, clarity, and self-trust.

We live in a world that often encourages us to ignore and override our difficult experiences. Therapy provides a space for deep self-inquiry where we can become aware of and accepting of all parts of ourselves. With curiosity and reflection, I want to support you to explore and understand your experience. When we explore what’s happening for us with self-compassion, new possibilities for living open up. We find ways to relate to ourselves and the world with more balance, ease and belonging.

By teaching mindfulness techniques and evidence-based practices like CBT and ERP that develop deepened awareness and presence to all life situations, it is possible to access the inner resources and natural wisdom that lends us to live a meaningful life, experience fulfilling reciprocal relationships, and practice greater resilience throughout the challenges that life inevitably brings.

Although facing our truths can be overwhelming, these discoveries can lead to lasting changes that shift the way we interact with ourselves and the world, creating lives we are excited to live.

I create a non-judgemental, safe container for difficulty to emerge and be transformed.

I currently specialize in OCD and anxiety disorders, but also treat depression, BPD, bipolar, and neurodivergent folks.
