Taylor studied Integral Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies and has continued trainings since that time which has lead to specialty in OCD and other anxiety disorders, BPD, and relationship struggles.

She has studied the Gottman Therapy model for couples and utilizes this approach to address building strong foundations in relationships and how to utilize non-violent communication to resolve conflicts and work towards developing greater intimacy.

She has also studied practices taught by Tara Brach and Jack Cornfield in mindfulness meditation, and utilizes somatic practices such as parasympathetic breathwork for emotional regulation.

Taylor is very passionate about her work with individuals and couples, bringing her passion for mental health into supporting clients in creating goals and meeting shame and fear with non-judgement and compassion, helping clients reach a more liberated and empowered way of being.

Therapy sessions are currently conducted via Telehealth through Simple Practice and are 50 minutes. I currently take Blue Cross Blue Shield and Presbyterian insurance in New Mexico. I also have sliding scale rates available for clients in New Mexico as well as California; I am licensed in both states as a Marriage and Family therapist.
