I graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2018 with a degree in Integral Counseling Psychology. My first years were spent working in community mental health in Oakland, California, with children with behavioral issues, where I learned the power of change through CBT.
I transitioned to the private practice model after moving to New Mexico, and began working with Ted Wiard of Golden Willow Counseling. There I continued my work with children and families, and became a specialitist in Family Reintegration therapy, while working with the courts. During this time, I also began to see couples and expand my clientele. I did some training in and utilize aspects of The Gottman Method.
In 2022 I transitioned fully to my own private practice, and took on a new specialty of OCD. I have been solely dedicated to training extensively on this topic since that time, with advising and consultation from teachers Kimberly Morrow and Elizabeth DuPont Spencer.
Throughout this time I have deepened my own meditation practice, and it is a large building block of the work I do to help others make lasting change in their life. I am deeply passionate in my work of supporting others create healthy and lasting fulfillment in their life, and being a safe space for others. It is my privilege to create a space where you feel safe, held, and welcome, however you arrive.

My practice is culturally sensitive, welcoming of LGBTQIA community, and supports fairness and equality to all minorities and marginalized folks.

I am currently accepting new clients in California for Telehealth sessions.
